Our Grant ProgramThe Advancing Student Achievement (ASA) math mentoring grant program places actuaries, and their love of math, in the classroom where they can make a difference in our schools. The profession's ability to continue providing competent service in the future requires supporting mathematics achievement among today's students. Rebuild Math Classrooms – UpdateIn 2005, Hurricane Katrina’s devastation of many communities along the Gulf Coast left its impact on schools, families and businesses. The Actuarial Foundation left its impact too, one of generosity and assistance for rebuilding schools’ educational resources.
